OK WERE NOT THAT EXTREME

So 7aji and I are planning to Visit a dietitian soon to change our life style when it comes to eating cause all that’s going in our bellies recently is Junk Junk Junk ! Were aiming not to diet but to change  our way of eating permanently !

Were Planning to visit Dietitian Doctor Heba Bin Salama and She requested for a couple of blood tests before our first visit .. when they told me blood tests the first thing that went through my mind is ” I don’t feel like going to a hospital and getting those damn Blood tests” I have been in hospitals for far too long during those past months and I’m dreading  to visit them anytime soon, unless the hospital doesn’t feel like I’m in a hospital , I’m good!

So I heard from a colleague at work about Kuwait Medical Laboratory , the clinic is located in Salhiyah Clinic, 2 different names but same owner and they do Blood Testing Home Service !

What’s so Special about Kuwait Medical Lab?

You don’t need to go to a hospital to get your blood tests done ! they will come to your house and take all the necessary blood tests for you ! “MM SHOCKED FACE” I honestly didn’t know that Kuwait does Blood tests home service , that makes my life super easier since I have a lot of work on my plate and really don’t have time to visit a hospital ” I would have said mm ill go tomorrow .. the day after and end up not going + worry who will baby sit baby yousef!

So I called them up and their Manager David picked up , explained to me what they do and asked me for my number and home address at the spot ! You can also pick the date and time that suits you best ! ” Still in Shock ” that we had this kind of service here !

So I Booked for Saturday at 9.45 since you need to be fasting ! , I requested for a full blood test + Vitamin D blood test for both 7aji and I !

Meet Dr Latifa and Dr Talaat !

They asked us our age, if we were fasting , and other questions before taking the test!

Of course everything was hygienically sterilized + wearing the gloves before touching anything before the test. ( This calmed me down since the first thoughts that goes through your head when it comes to blood testing at your own home .  are they clean?, well known  trusted lab? / Is it safe to take blood tests at your own home?

All these thoughts just disappeared!

Once they finished with the used needles , they immediately asked us if there was any kids and that we should through the needles right away in case kids finds them in the bin . They are very keen in keeping everything safe and clean. ( I was so very impressed)!

Dr Latifa started with me , Man does she have the lightest hand ever , I don’t know about 7aji but I didn’t even feel the pin prick ! un like some places here who fights with your arm to find a vein !

So I always had a thing for needles call me weird but I like them and was never afraid of them, However I Really recommend Dr Latifa for people who fear needles  because you really do not feel it.

Then it  was 7aji’s turn with Dr Talaat!

He was so impressed from how professional and clean they were.

All the tests were ready for the lab

We were done in exactly 6 Minutes .. and Guess what !!! the results was sent by email at 1.00 PM ! yes you didn’t have to wait a week to get results !

 Thank You Mr David Howard for the amazing service and Dr Latifa and Dr Talaat for being gentle with us  and a shout out to Salhiyah Clinic for doing an awesome job , you basically can find everything you need at their clinic !

As usual Pretty Little things always surprises us with superb concepts .. I hate expo’s here but if I wanted to participate in one it will sure be a PLT expo.

I didn’t get a chance to pass by every booth since I went straight from work .. But there were some items from some booths that caught my attention and had to take them home with me !

Loved the colorful Ceiling Architecture!!

Bohemiah Jumpsuits cuts .. I really liked especially the one with the bunny rabbit patterns it’s different and you can basically wear it everywhere , some jumpsuits were amazing for the beach as well !

This is the place where I let things out when I’m about to explode .

So I just realized that I am no super woman .. lately my body is crying out for help because I’m over stressing myself with lots of things .

So what’s the deal ?

1- I Blog and you know how not easy that can be sometimes

2- I work Full time which consumes half of my day .

3- I own my own boutique and on top of that planned an event along with it .

4- The Big one … I am a NEW MOTHER

5- I handle 4 Instagram accounts including twitter, (work , boutique , blog etc and I am super active in all )

6- You know how stressful you get when you get constant family drama in your life .

so where is RELAX time here , non existence! I am on the go 24/7 and I kept going until my body started to feel it !

I got a really bad swelling all over my body especially my face last week and it stayed for about 10 days not knowing what is going on .. and during my store event I noticed a big chunk of blood coming out of my mouth and nose which rushed me to the toilet . It was the scariest experience anyone would ever go through , all my teeth was covered in blood from how much is was leaking out .. the bathroom looked like a crime scene , was blood everywhere .. I put some pressure on my nose and mouth with some tissue for 20 minutes and it wouldn’t stop .. and even though I was going through that .. I was NOT thinking about myself .. I was thinking please god this is not the time I have an event to handle, I can’t let the people who came down !  After 4o minutes in the bathroom the blood stopped (thank you god) and I went back to the crowd pretending nothing happened. after a couple of hours 1.17 AM to be specific it happened again ! so I rushed to the hospital and the doctors were telling me you have un normal blood pressure, which means your stress level is so high .. try to eat well and relax and if it doesn’t go , come back .

I tried to relax a couple of hours doing nothing but just laying and it actually stopped . They called me for 3 shoots ( Big shoots I would be part of and I declined) I should seriously cool it down a bit , or like they tell me Dudette Prioritize .. Prioritize what they are all so important to me .

UGGHHH ..

At the end of the day I love what I do , so if I here someone telling me you are an inspiration and I don’t know how you do it .. you can .. but you need to think about yourself once in a while .
