PEOPLE.. I can’t control myself !! ALL I’m doing is eating :S

Tashreeba , Harees … michabeees …legaimat..gatayef .. 3ash al saraya !  ALL I SEE IS FOOD AROUND ME .. and i’m never full now a days !!

HELP ME NOW .. FAST ! :S

How can I control myself .. any tips .. tricks .. don’t tell me go exercise ,  I really don’t have time I swear :( !

HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

  2. well its only for a month till you go back to old no eating habits … and any way if u want a good trick … drink a lot of water like 2-3 cups so your stomach will be half full when u start eating

    or just as i said wait till the end of Ramadan to start a diet or something to lose any (if there is) extra weight ;p

  5. Okay Okay…so here’s the plan..get a load of diet pepsi, lowfat food, lots and lots of chocolate and and and umm…..oh machboos < < RANDOM ONE SKIP !! :P

  8. There is a simple trick that tricks your body into eating a little to feel full. The prophet (PBUH) used to do this and can also be proven by science and critical thinking. He used to drink a full cup of warm water then have one or two dates. Then he would drink another half a cup of warm water. Why? Because drinking warm water while breaking your fast cools down your body, having a date makes it absorb the water, and the half cup of water later taken would fill up half your stomach.

    After doing this, you would feel much more full and you wouldn’t gobble all the food you see, because your not that hungry. I tried it and it strangely works…
