I know this is a sensitive subject .. I really do respect my culture and traditions .. I have to admit I’m not following all of them .. but I have nothing but respect for the people who are doing it right.
I hate what’s happening around us people judging one another , people claiming someone is too FREE when they just have an open mind , people hanging with your guy or girl colleagues at work and getting those weird looks..people deciding what’s Halal and what’s 7aram shino yejooz o shino may jooz 3ala kaifhom with no historical background what so ever.. people judging instead of being proud that someone is representing your county at an international event, families enforcing their believes on what is ok and what is not on their children that leads them to do things behind their parents backs instead of being comforted to open up to them to make the right decisions !
All those points are bugging me and I really reached to the point that I don’t care but It’s disappointing to me that some people still think this way , it’s ok to share your opinion but it’s not ok to force it on someone just because you think it’s right.

This dumb mentality will never end! It annoys the hell out of me!
If you don’t like it then keep it to yourself or don’t do it, if it has nothing to do with you then your opinion has not been requested!
People tend to be vocal about their opinions in Kuwait be it good or bad!
Live and Let Be! A Simple moto, if you aren’t bothering anyone then do what you please!
it’s sad that I know it will never end .. It upsets me a lot ..
I guess people love to put people down .. well the majority .. That’s why I loved Dubai so much
like you said .. LIVE and LET BE .. LET FREAKING GO BA3ad
Exactly, every man for himself or so to say. It’s no-one’s business what anyone does, whether right or wrong, we all have our own minds at the end of the day.
And omg, yeah, I read about this today, people tryin to stop someone participating at the Olympics! Wth! That girl is doing us all proud! And so glad she is going to represent Kuwait! These people need to mind their own business for a change..
you are the minorities
That is because ppl have been so corrupt in the last couple of years, and that has a big impact on their way of life, the way they judge other ppl…etc. It doesn’t come only from parents but the school mostly, they spend more than half of the day in school and schools nowadays are just inot a healthy environment
Most ppl think that the problem of school education is money, but Kuwait has the biggest budget for school education in the world. It’s not about the money, it’s about being passionate in education.
Believe me girl education is the solution to everything including what you’ve mentioned in your lovely post
